We are interested in all matters of social data science (SoDa). Frauke Kreuter is also Co-director of the SoDa Center at the University of Maryland and Co-director of the Mannheim Center for Data Science. Our growing team of researchers has different research focuses ranging from fairness in automated decision-making (FairADM) to the use of new data sources in the social sciences, multiple imputation methods, survey methodology, and statistical training. Please take a look at our current research projects.

Our team teaches courses at the LMU and is involved in the International Program in Survey and Data Science and is regularly teaching at summer schools and the like. Please check the page on teaching for the next courses.

If you are an LMU student interested in writing your thesis with one of us, please do not hesitate to contact Carolina Haensch at  anna-carolina.haensch@stat.uni-muenchen.de
